RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
At Flamboyantofficial, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. At this time, we DO NOT offer exchanges. However, we are always working on new solutions to offer our customers.
*** Flamboyantofficial will send you A REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND if there are issues with your purchase, caused from our end. However, you must first send the original, unworn merchandise back to the provided shipping address (tracking must be included). We will treat this loss as our responsibility for our neglect and your unsatisfactory shopping experience.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE ***** Any order sent back to our office WITHOUT prior approval WILL NOT be received by us and no refund/exchange will be provided. *****
- Late delivery or missing order: We would gladly resend or issue a full refund if you do not receive the items purchased after 40 days of placing your order.
- Damaged or defective items: We would offer a replacement. You can submit your order’s shipping label and a photo proof within 10 days of delivery shown by the tracking record.
Please note that we do not comply with requests for refunds or replacements for such errors as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or wrong shipping address given, etc. Additionally, if you have a problems with sizes, designs, colors or deliveries, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Department for personal assistance.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you wish to cancel or make a correction or modification to your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is sent to the fulfillment centers, cancellation is no longer accepted.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have yet to receive a refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your payment institution. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
